This recipe is also suitable for the use of meat bones or leftover roast. It is important that the potatoes cook in the broth and take on its flavor.

Cut the meat into cubes, rub with salt, thyme and rosemary, pour olive oil over it and marinate.

Put the marinated meat in a saucepan and heat it. Add the paprika and sauté. Add the garlic and onion. Add the tomatoes to the meat and after five minutes extinguish with a dash of red wine.

Add the potatoes to the remaining ingredients and fill the pot with water until the potatoes are covered. Add saffron and cook for thirty minutes on high heat with the lid closed.

Season to taste and bring to the table.

Our tip: use sweet red wine for a sweet note and rather dry wine for flavorful, spicy dishes.
