For the spring rolls without meat, finely chop 1/2 white cabbage and wash. Coarsely grate 2-3 carrots, finely chop 1 onion.

Fry onion in oil, add carrots and cabbage and fry. Salt when everything is well roasted but still a little crunchy, let cool.

Cut 1 sheet of dough (you can get it at the market or in Turkish stores) in half and fill it with cabbage mixture. Bend the ends in and form into a roll (you don’t want the roll to be too big or too thick).

Fry in hot oil until crispy on all sides. The spring rolls without meat can be served with soy sauce and a hot pepperoni sauce (possibly homemade).
