Soak gelatin in cold water for 5-10 minutes.
Meanwhile, chop the herbs very finely.
Mix the spoon cheese with the herbs, salt, pepper, possibly garlic paste and lemon juice.
Melt well squeezed gelatine in a little soup or water and stir into the curd cheese mixture.
Finally stir in whipped cream.
Pour the mixture into a mold lined with plastic wrap and refrigerate for about 2 hours.
Before serving, portion or turn out and serve whole.
