For the spicy shitake tofu pan, prepare rice according to package directions. Cut tofu into approx. ½ x ½ cm cubes.
Mix all the ingredients for the marinade well, roll the tofu in it and let it sit for 20 minutes. In the meantime, cut the shitake mushrooms into thin strips.
Heat the sesame oil in a pan, add the tofu and mushrooms and simmer everything on low heat for 10 minutes. Serve the spicy shitake tofu pan with the rice.
