Heat olive oil in a frying pan.

Peel the potatoes and make fries with a french fry press. Fry them in hot oil.

Then fry the cutlet in hot oil and season with salt.

Divide the cauliflower into roses and cut the peppers into strips. Blanch both in salted water. Put the cutlet on a plate, add the vegetables and place the fries next to it.
