Put the flour in a large enough bowl, mix with the dry yeast. If using fresh yeast, mix it with a little lukewarm milk, honey and a little flour and wait until it starts to rise. Now mix all the ingredients together until a smooth dough is formed. Let rise at room temperature for about 40 min, knead and form about 20 rolls. Rise them repeatedly for about 30 min. and then brush with lukewarm milk. Bake in a heated oven at 200 °C for about 25 minutes.

Kitchen herbs, toasted nuts, sesame seeds, onions, poppy seeds and flax seeds added and the surface can be sprinkled differently, for example, equally with cheese.
