For the poisonous mushrooms, hard boil eggs in boiling water for 10 minutes. Drain, rinse and leave to cool. Then peel and trim slightly at both ends so they stand up well.

Wash tomatoes, rub dry and cut in half. Season cut surfaces with salt and pepper.Place small dabs of mayonnaise on the round. Place tomatoes on top of eggs.

Cut cress, spread as a lawn around the poisonous mushrooms.
