Pasta dishes are always a good idea!
Cook spaghetti in enough boiling hot salted water “al dente”.
Melt the butter in a saucepan, cut the ham into thin strips and fry. Sprinkle the flour and mix everything together well. Then add the whipped cream and milk on the spot and stir heartily so that nothing burns.
Add the Tk peas, the vegetable soup to taste (the 2nd cube piece by piece and season). Add some freshly grated nutmeg and simmer for about 10 minutes. Season with freshly ground pepper. Sprinkle with a little parsley and/ or grated cheese as needed.
Tips from practice:
The vegetable soup from Gefro has the best taste, and if you prepare everything together only with whipped cream. The milk serves rather to reduce the fat content at least a little bit.
