Instructions:

For the shrimp skewers, first cut the shrimp on the back with a sharp measure, and remove the intestines.

For the marinade, mix KUNER mayonnaise, lime juice, minced garlic and red curry paste in a large bowl.

Stir in mint and cilantro, add shrimp and toss thoroughly. Let sit in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.

In the meantime, prepare the salsa. To do this, cut the watermelon and cucumber into 1 cm cubes and mix in a large bowl with the shallots, mint, chilies and lime juice. Let sit so the flavors meld.

Thread the shrimp onto soaked wooden skewers and grill for 2-3 minutes on both sides.

Serve the shrimp skewers with the salsa and jasmine rice.
