(*) Cook as in Schwyz Remove the pork rind from the ham. Score the fat layer underneath in a grid pattern and sprinkle with the cloves and bay leaves.

Place the ham in a shallow dish and bake in the oven heated to 200 °C until crispy (30 to 45 min). Before serving, cut into not too narrow slices.

Tip: It is best to use your favorite ham – then your dish will taste twice as good!
