Drizzle grilled salmon with lemon, turn in flour to the other side, brush with oil and roast on both sides. Season with salt and pepper. Mix foamed butter with anchovy paste and lemon. Spread over finished fish. Garnish with watercress and lemon slices. Serve with toast or potato salad.
