Instructions:

For the saffron rice, boil 200 ml of water with the saffron threads. Do not salt the water! When it boils, pour in the rice, remove from heat, stir.

After 5 minutes, drain the rice and empty it onto a large plate or baking sheet. Dry the rice in the oven at 50 degrees convection.

Put the saffron rice in a nice jar and give it as a gift.
