Sizzle almond kernels and walnut kernels in a frying pan without fat until golden brown. Sizzle sesame seeds in a frying pan without fat until golden brown.


Blitz sesame seeds, almond kernels, walnut kernels, cinnamon, sugar and orange peel in a blitz chopper to a fine paste to puree. Add butter a little at a time.
