A simple but delicious cake recipe:
Peel the apples, grate them coarsely, mix them with the rum and let them steep for at least 2 hours. Cream butter, sugar and vanilla pulp, then gradually fold in the eggs. Stir the sifted flour into the quantity form and lastly the hazelnuts and grated apples.
Fill the quantity into a greased cake springform pan with 26 cm ø or a 26 ring lined with parchment paper and spread smoothly. Bake the cake in the oven heated to 200 °C top-bottom heat for 45 min. (Convection oven 175 °C , bake for 40 min) After baking, let the cake stand for a short time, then carefully remove from the pan and cool. Dust the surface with powdered sugar before serving.
