Wash pumpkins, cut in half lengthwise and scrape out the core with a spoon. The slender part of the fruit (neck) cut crosswise into half rings, the wide part (belly) divide lengthwise into columns.chili, coriander, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt and pepper finely grind in a mortar.
