Instructions:

For the zebra cake, first prepare the base. Cream yolks and sugar, add vanilla sugar and a little lemon juice. Slowly stir in oil and water. Fold in the snow and flour mixed with baking powder.

Butter and flour a springform pan. Pour in the batter. Bake at medium heat. Leave the ring on the cooled cake.

For the cream, dissolve the soaked and squeezed gelatine in hot milk. Cream sugar and yolks, add lemon juice and curd.

Stir in the milk-gelatine mixture (cooled but not set), fold in whipped cream. Mix half of the mixture with Nutella.

Pour a small ladle of light mixture into the center of the cake layer. Now pour alternately dark and light mixture directly on top until the springform pan is filled to capacity.

Leave the zebra cake to cool in the refrigerator overnight….
