Cut the zucchini in half, scoop out with a spoon and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, brush with olive oil and steam in a 150 degree Celsius oven for about 15 minutes. Chop the zucchini pieces.
In the meantime, sauté the onion with garlic in olive oil, add chopped zucchini. Remove from heat and mix with soaked pine nuts, bread rolls, pecoroni, rosemary, cheese, diced tomatoes, parsley and chives.
Season with a little salt and pepper.
Fill zucchini halves with the mixture and repeatedly in about 10 min in the stove form, at the end perhaps gratinate under the grill snake.
Our tip: Fresh chives are much more aromatic than dried!
