For the nut strudel, first prepare the dough. For this, knead well the first 8 ingredients.
For the filling, mix the remaining ingredients (except the jam) well. It should be spreadable, so with alcohol, milk or something similar it should become spreadable.
Roll out the dough about 30 by 40, spread the nut filling on top, then the jam. Roll it up and close the ends tightly.
Cut the strudel above with a sharp knife “zig zag” and brush with milk. Bake at 180 degrees for about 45 minutes.
