For the pumpkin dumplings peel and press or chop garlic. Coarsely grate pumpkin flesh and mix with yolks, semolina, flour, mountain cheese and garlic to a dough. Let rest for 15 minutes.

Form dumplings with the help of a spoon. Steep in slightly boiling water for 8 minutes. Strain the dumplings and serve sprinkled with Parmesan cheese.
