For the puff pastry pizza with pear and gorgonzola, mix the cream cheese with eggs and pepper well.
Cut the pear into thin slices and also slice the gorgonzola. Spread the cream cheese mixture on the puff pastry, top with pear slices and finally put the Gorgonzola on top.
Bake in the oven for about 20 minutes at 170°C with circulating air.
