Pasta dishes are just always delicious!

Pasta dough

Make a pasta dough from the above ingredients. It should be soft, but just not sticky anymore. Let the dough rest for about 15 minutes.

Potatoes

In the meantime, peel and dice the potatoes. Cook potatoes in salted water in a large saucepan until floury.

Pasta

Boil a large saucepan of water with salt and oil. Roll out the dough and cut it into pieces of about 1×1 cm. Put the dough pieces one by one (otherwise they will stick next to each other) into the bubbling water. When all the noodles are in the water, turn the stove down to 1/2 power and cook the noodles for 7 minutes.

Peeled onions

Peel the onions and grate them. Roast in a frying pan with a little bit of oil until the liquid has evaporated from the onions. Be careful not to burn them.

Finally, drain the potatoes and noodles and mix with the melted onions. Season with a little salt if necessary.

Potato slices and buttons are our favorite accompaniment to vegetarian sausages. However, you can serve it the same way.
