Rinse the potatoes, remove the skin and cut into thin slices. Dry them with kitchen roll.

Grease and fry the streaky bacon in a large frying pan. Pour in the potato slices and roast them for about five minutes, turning them frequently.

Preheat the oven to 200-225 °C (gas mark 3-4). Grease a baking tray.

Remove the potato slices from the roasting pan. Sauté the onion and tomato slices briefly until soft, add to the potatoes form and season with the oregano, garlic salt, pepper, parsley and pizza seasoning.

Pour the potato mixture on the prepared tray form and spread evenly. Sprinkle the grated cheese on top. Bake the pizza in the hot oven for about twenty-five minutes. Serve hot with a green salad.

Our tip: Use bacon with a subtle smoky touch!
