Make the potatoes in the peel, cut. Clean the spinach, rinse and steam in salted water. Cut the smoked meat into small cubes.
Heat 1 tbsp. butter, sweat the flour in it and gradually pour in hot beef broth, stir well and let it bubble up.
Butter a casserole dish and cover it with a layer of potato slices, form a layer of spinach leaves on top, sprinkle the cubes of smoked meat, repeat layering potato slices, then the rest of the spinach and on top repeat layering potato slices.
Pour the sauce on top and sprinkle breadcrumbs. Put the remaining butter in flakes and bake in a heated oven at 200 degrees for 25 minutes.
