For the pork fillets with mushroom sauce, first cook the rice according to instructions.
Clean the mushrooms and cut them into large pieces. Peel and chop the shallots.
Fry the meat in hot oil on both sides, remove and set aside with the lid closed.
Sauté the mushrooms first, then the shallots, add the soup and bring to the boil. Stir in crème fraîche and let the sauce simmer gently at low temperature for about 1 minute.
