Cut the peppers in half, remove the style and seeds. Cut each half first lengthwise into 4 or 5 pieces, then diagonally into small pieces.

Cut the radishes into slices. Mix the peppers and radishes with the carrots.

Melt the honey in the vinegar. Season the sauce with 1 pinch of salt and the dill and mix it with the lettuce. Ready.
