Instructions:

For polenta-vegetable loaf, add polenta semolina to salted water and simmer on low heat for about 10. min. covered.

Chop vegetables and onion and cook briefly in a little soup. Then mix everything together, season and bind with the eggs. Form loafs from the mixture and brown on both sides in butter.

For the dill sauce, melt butter, briefly roast spelt flour in it and mix with whipping cream, some soup seasoning and salt. Bring to the boil briefly and add chopped dill. Refine with the juice and a bit of lemon zest.

Serve the polenta and vegetable patties with the dill sauce.
