Melt butter, sugar and honey in a saucepan. Add oatmeal, oat flakes, juice of one lemon, hazelnuts and sunflower seeds and toast the whole while stirring constantly until golden brown. Cut dried fruit into cubes and stir into the mixture.

Spread everything on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and dry in a heated oven at !50 °C (convection oven: 130 °C ) for 10 to 15 minutes.

Cut the quantity while it is still warm and cool. In a well-sealed tin, the goats will keep fresh for weeks. (that’s a lie, they are eaten very quickly).

Attention, with me the amount never sticks together quite well, but is quite crumbly. I press them therefore with wet hands well on the baking tray, then it goes halfway.
