Instructions:

For the pear tiramisu, first peel the pears, quarter them and cut them into thin slices.

In a saucepan, mix the pears with lemon juice and pear juice and bring to a boil. Mix the pudding powder with schnapps until smooth and add. Stew the pears at low temperature until soft, let cool.

Mix curd cheese, mascarpone and cinnamon with powdered sugar. Slit the vanilla bean lengthwise and scrape the pith into the cream with a pointed kitchen knife.

Prepare eight dessert glasses. Break the biscuits into small pieces and spread them on the bottom of the glass. Layer the pear compote on top of the biscotti and cover with the mascarpone cream.

Chill the pear tiramisu for a few hours.
