A great cake recipe for any occasion:

1. cake springform pan (26 cm ø) spread on the bottom with parchment paper. Form cookies in 1 freezer bag, seal, crumble finely with a pastry roller. Chop cooking chocolate, melt in hot water bath. Stir through with the cookies. Place springform pan rim or mold rim (26 cm ø) on a cake plate greased with oil. Pour in the sponge mixture and press down until smooth. Leave to cool for approx. 30 min.

Soak gelatine in cold water. Bring the juice of one lemon, 5 tbsp. water and sugar briefly to the boil (the sugar will then dissolve), cool a little. Squeeze the gelatine and let it melt. First mix in 2-3 tbsp yogurt, then stir into remaining yogurt. Chill until it starts to gelatinize.

3. drain the peaches well. Whip whipped cream until stiff. Fold into yogurt. Spread 6 tbsp yogurt cream on chocolate base. Spread peach halves evenly on top, except for 1-2, with curvature facing up. Spread the rest of the yogurt cream on top. Leave to cool for approx. 5 hours.

Cut remaining peach halves into wedges. Decorate cake with peach slices.
