Instructions:

For the pea puree, soak the peas overnight. Peel and chop the onions. Roast the onions. Chop parsley.

Cook peas in soaking water with parsley and onions until soft and puree. Prepare a preserving from flour and 30 g butter.

Pour water, add pea puree, boil well and add salt and pepper to the pea puree.
