Leek, kohlrabi and carrots are well tolerated by babies, potatoes and meat are always included. So you have prepared several alternatives in one work step.

Rinse the vegetables and potatoes. Clean, rinse and chop leek, kohlrabi and carrots. Cook the potatoes in a little water. Cook the meat with a quarter of a liter of water and caraway seeds in the Kelomat (on level 1) for 30 minutes. Drain the clear soup, cut the meat into small pieces and divide into three portions. Pour one third of the clear soup into the kelomat, add the carrots and place the kohlrabi in the sieve insert on top. Cook on gentle setting for 6 minutes. Grind carrots, one third of meat and clear soup in a baking bowl (blender). Mix the kohlrabi in half of the remaining clear soup with the second third of the meat. Cut the leek into small rings, cook in the remaining clear soup on gentle heat for 3 minutes, mix with the remaining meat. Peel the potatoes, press them and divide evenly among the three vegetables. Divide each variety into 5 portions and freeze.
