For the elderberry punch, rinse the organic lemons well, quarter them and place them in a decorative bowl or a large, wide pitcher. Pour the white wine and elderflower syrup over them and leave to infuse overnight.

Shortly before serving the elderberry punch, add the mineral water and plucked elderflowers as decoration.
