Preparation of trout. Mix marinade ingredients. Rinse trout, dry, place in marinade. Leave to marinate for a good 12 hours in the refrigerator. Drain and place on broiler and broil for 15 minutes, turning.
For the salmon chops: remove the skin from the garlic and press it. Mix with remaining ingredients for marinade. Leave the salmon chops to marinate in the refrigerator for three hours. Grill for 15 minutes, turning and brushing with marinade. Garnish with lemon slices.
