Finely dice the onion and finely chop the garlic and ginger. Cut the leek diagonally into thin slices or strips (including the green part). Wash the mussels well under running water and remove the beards. Heat a wok pan (or heavy skillet). Pour in sesame oil, heat and fry onions until golden brown. Then add the mussels with all other ingredients and cook for 3 minutes. Season to taste with pepper. Arrange in bowls and serve.
