For the mince in the puff pastry, sauté the onion. Then fry the mince, “crumbling” it nice and small. Add the garlic, tomato paste, mustard and ketchup, season with salt, pepper, marjoram and nutmeg and finally stir in the parsley. Remove from heat and let cool slightly. Roll out the puff pastry. Lightly pierce with a fork, spread the minced meat on top, sprinkle with grated cheese and roll up. Brush with egg yolk and fry in oil over medium heat until golden brown.
