For the mascarino pralines, finely crumble the biscuits. Mix with mascarino, softened butter, vanilla sugar, coffee powder and amaretto to a homogeneous mass. Place in the freezer for 10 minutes.

Finely grate the chocolate. Form small balls and roll in white chocolate. Store the mascarino pralines in a cool place.
