For the eggnog balls, melt the chocolate coating over a water bath. Chop the biscuits with a food processor.

Mix the egg liqueur with the biscuits and the melted chocolate coating to a homogeneous mass. Refrigerate the mixture. Then form balls and roll the eggnog balls in coconut flakes or sugar. Done!
