Rinse grapes, dry well, pluck berries from stems. Crush three quarters of them, then pass them through a fine sieve. Cut the remaining berries in half and remove the seeds. Lightly toast the pine nuts in a frying pan without fat.

Peel the rinsed lemon very thinly with a peeler, squeeze the lemon. Heat the grape puree with 2 tbsp juice of one lemon, the lemon peel as well as the apple juice, make in about 5 min. Mix maizena (cornstarch) with water, add to the sauce form and simmer briefly.

Shortly before serving, cut the cheese into 18 pieces, place on a baking tray and heat in the oven at 200 °C on the second shelf from the bottom for 2 minutes.

Arrange the cheese with the lukewarm sauce, the skinned grapes and the pine nuts on the spot and bring to the table.
