Boil tagliatelle according to instructions. Sauté mushrooms and ham – as desired – whole, quartered or in slices in butter. Add Bressot cream cheese and whipped cream alternately. Then add the peas. Let it boil for a short time – done! Due to the intense aroma of the kitchen herb cream cheese, no further seasoning is necessary. If you like, you can add salt and freshly ground pepper to taste.
