For the lucky pigs, mix crème fraîche with butter and the grated cheese, add salt and pepper.
Mix flour and baking powder and knead into the cheese mixture.
Leave to rest in the refrigerator for an hour.
Preheat oven to 180 °c and line baking sheets with baking paper.
Roll out dough on a lightly floured work surface about the thickness of a small finger and cut out pigs.
Brush with yolk and sprinkle with sesame or poppy seeds.
Place on the baking sheets and bake the lucky pigs on the middle rack for about a quarter of an hour until they are lightly browned.
