Sliced Meat with Chinese Cabbage

Cut the meat into tender strips. For the marinade, mix the soy sauce with sherry, pepper, chicken soup, salt, sugar and finely chopped garlic and marinate the meat strips for 3 hours.

Clean the Chinese cabbage and cut it into small strips, the onions into rings. Peel the tomatoes and cut them into eighths. Drain the meat well and fry on all sides in hot clarified butter. Add onion rings and Chinese cabbage, season with salt and pepper. Cover and steam for 5 minutes. Next, fold in the tomatoes and season the dish with soy sauce.

Serve sprinkled with chopped parsley. Serve with long-grain rice.

Tip: Instead of clarified butter, you can also use butter in most cases.
