Instructions:

Quickly knead together flour with lemon flavoring, sugar, butter flakes, salt and egg yolks, wrap in plastic wrap and rest for one to 120 minutes. Then roll out the dough on a floured surface to a thickness of 5 mm. Cut out stars and moons and bake in a heated oven at 170 degrees for about ten minutes until golden, cool. Then mix powdered sugar with juice of one lemon to a thick glaze. Glaze cookies with it and sprinkle with yellow sugar.
