For the lasagna, first prepare the sauce. For the sauce, cut the onion into small cubes and sauté in a pot with oil. Once the onions are translucent, add the minced meat and sauté until the meat is completely cooked.

Then add the tomatoes, mix the sauce and season with salt, pepper and oregano.

For the béchamel, melt the butter in a separate pan until it is completely liquid. Then add the flour and mix the ingredients well. Then add the milk and whisk to combine the ingredients.

While stirring constantly, now bring the milk to a boil. When it boils, add salt and pepper and continue stirring until the sauce thickens.

To make the lasagna in the baking dish, start with a layer of béchamel sauce so that nothing sticks to the bottom after baking. Add a layer of lasagna sheets on top, then a layer of meat sauce, then béchamel again.

Continue until the ingredients are used up. The top layer must be béchamel sauce again.

Finally, sprinkle the lasagna with grated cheese. Then put the lasagna into the preheated oven at 180 °C.

Then cover the lasagna again and bake for about another 20 minutes until the lasagna is golden brown.
