For the Oxford sausages, mix all ingredients into a dough, preferably with your hands. Form 8 equally sized thick sausages, approx. 10 -15 cm long.
Place in greased Reine or on baking sheet and bake in oven at 210° top & bottom heat until a nice brown crust is formed.
Serve with mashed potatoes and salad. Who likes eats mustard in addition.
