Preheat the oven to 180 °C.

from the pumpkin cut a lid small. Remove the seeds with a sharp spoon and then scoop out the flesh without damaging the skin. Cut the pumpkin flesh into small pieces.

Cut the apples into small pieces.

Lightly brown the long grain rice with 1 tablespoon of the butter.
