Pasta dishes are just always delicious!

For the dough, knead flour, milk, oil, a little salt and water well together and roll out. From it cut out round discs of dough with the diameter of a saucer.

For the filling, spread cream cheese and feta cheese through a hair sieve, mix well with eggs and mint. Form 1 tbsp of this filling on each disc of dough, brush the edges with egg white, then close the pieces of dough to form a crescent and press the edge a little smooth. Place the crescents on an oiled baking sheet, brush with egg yolk and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake the kalzunia over medium heat in a heated oven for about 15 to 20 minutes.
