For the spicy stir-fry, peel and slice the carrots. Peel the onion and cut into rough cubes. Cut the turkey meat into cubes of about 1 cm. Wash the zucchini and cut into cubes as well. Wash, seed and finely chop the chili pepper. Heat 1 tablespoon of sesame oil in a wok pan and sear the meat. Remove the meat and stir-fry the carrots, stir-fried vegetables, diced zucchini, chili and onion with the sesame oil. Add the spices and fry briefly.
Add the meat again and deglaze everything with the soy sauce. Reduce the heat from the stove and fry everything for another 2 minutes.
Serve the spicy stir-fry with basmati rice.
