Preheat the oven to 180 °C for the honey cupcake. Mix flour, baking powder and salt in a small bowl. Mix buttermilk and honey together in another bowl.
Mix butter, sugar and vanilla sugar, then add one egg at a time. Alternate mixing the flour and milk into the batter.
Pour into cupcake molds and bake for 20 minutes. For the cream, mix butter and cream cheese, add sugar and mix until creamy, add honey.
