For the Hello Kitty cake, cream the butter or margarine with the powdered sugar, vanilla sugar and 4 yolks until very fluffy.

Add the egg liqueur, milk and water and stir in. Mix the spelt flour with the baking powder.

Beat the whipped cream, alternating with the flour mixture and gently fold into the mixture. Finally, fold in the chocolate sprinkles.

Pour into a well greased (double grease if necessary) and crumbled cake pan (in this case Hello Kitty, but a wreath form or Easter form will also work).

Bake the Hello Kitty cake at 180°C in the middle of the oven for about 40 minutes.
