For the ham croissants with curd, mix flour and baking powder and sift onto a baking board. Make a well in the center, add salt and egg and mix with some of the flour to form a thick paste. On top add the margarine cut into pieces and the curd, cover with flour and quickly knead all the ingredients into a smooth dough. Refrigerate for half an hour. Knead the dough well again and chill for another half hour. Then roll out the dough to a thickness of 2mm and cut out sheets the size of a springform pan. (Diameter 26cm) Then cut the plates 4 times. For the filling, finely chop ham, egg, pickles and bell pepper salad and mix well with mustard, salt, bell pepper, parsley and yogurt. Brush the tops of the dough quarters with milk, cover with filling, roll up and shape into croissants. Brush with milk. Place on a baking tray rinsed with cold water and bake in the oven preheated to 180°C for about 20 to 25 minutes.
